ABSTRACT
Dengue is an important tropical arboviral infection. The disease can present as acute febrile disease with hemorrhagic problem. However, dengue can have atypical clinical presentation. Here, the authors present a case of acute pancreatitis as the first clinical presentation of dengue. The patient got full recovery after intensive fluid replacement therapy.
