ABSTRACT
Dengue infection is an important tropical arbovirus
infection that is common in several tropical countries. Mainly, dengue presents
as an acute febrile illness with possible chance of hemorrhagic complication.
Sometimes, the dengue patient might have an atypical clinical presentation and
the case might be difficult for diagnosis. In this article, the authors report
a case of a male patient who firstly presented with the chief complaint as
palpitation and finally got the diagnosis as dengue.
