ABSTRACT
Bipolar disorder is a common psychological problem. A medical disorder in a patient with underlying bipolar disorder might be neglected. Here, the author presents a case of a young man who has underlying bipolar disorder with a chief complaint of lower extremities muscle weakness after two days of severe vomiting. After complete investigation, hypokalemia was diagnosed.

ABSTRACT
COVID-19 is the present public health problem. This coronoviral infection starts in Republic of China and causes a big outbreak. As a pandemic disease that can result in mortality, general population usually have a fear for getting SARS CoV2 infection and COVID-19 panic might occur Sometimes, alternative medicine might be used by low educated person for SARS CoV2 prevention. In the present report, the author presents a case of patient presenting with acute hepatitis due to ingestion of Boesenbergia rotunda (L.) Manst. The patient believed that the plant could help prevent COVID-19. At present, several plants are locally claimed for the medical usefulness and used as alternative medicine aiming at COVID-19 prevention. An adverse effect, such as acute hepatitis, might occur and becomes new emerging clinical problem. The problem of herb induced might occur elsewhere during COVID-19 crisis and there is an urgent need for management of promotion of any regimen without scientific proof.
