ABSTRACT
Brugada syndrome is an uncommon cardiac syndrome. Burgada syndrome is characterized by cardiac arrhythmia that is associated with right bundle branch block pattern (RBBB) and ST-segment elevation in right precordial leads. It is believed to be a genetic disorder. However, non-genetic problems have also been reported as a cause of Burgada syndrome. Here, we presented a case of Brugada pattern associated with diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). The patient is a 21 year-old-male who presented with DKA and he had clinical feature of Brugada pattern. Brugada syndrome in DKA is consistent with prevalence of this clinical disorder among male patient.
